Domestic Shipping - We ship UPS ground
service unless 2nd or 3rd day is requested. We need a street
address for shipping. Please include the contact name of the person
ordering and their phone number. Shipping charges will be added to
the order. UPS do not deliver to PO BOX. Alaska and
Hawaii may need extra charge to basic shipping

International Shipping - All International orders except for
Canada and Mexico will be shipped by USPS EMS. Shipping
Charge will be auto-caculrated besed on USPS Formular (shipping

weight) . Canada and Mexico order
will be shipped by UPS Standard. The shipping cost is

Delivery Time -
In most cases, We ship Domestic
order on same day, but International order will be shipped within 3
business days

During the holiday season or peak season, it is important to get
your orders in early so that we can meet your deadlines. If you need your order
by a specific date and will not accept the order later, please make this clear
when ordering.
Cancellations - Please let us know within one hour after
placing your order if there is a mind change. After the order is shipped, it is
the customer¡¯s responsibility to pay for all shipping fees incurred plus a 25%
restocking fee.
Returns - Please
report any shortage or damaged jewelry or items you are unsatisfied
with within 7 days of receipt
. Call or Email us for a return
authorization # . Please show that # on the outside of the return. Save the box
and packaging in the event that UPS needs to pick it up for inspection. A 25%
restocking fee applies after 7 days to items that were shipped as ordered and
are not damaged. Only the merchandise cost will be credited. No credit for
shipping costs.
Backorders - Our
inventory may be slightly different from real inventory count.
We will ship whatever we have. No backorder and no
substitution.
